It gives us great pleasure to assist individual clients that would like to dispose of their vehicle/or replace it. If you are in the market to SELL/BUY any New or Used vehicle, whether It’s for the family or for yourself . . .we have you covered from start to finish.

Individual clients will be supported and guided through their purchase just like any other valued client, special care is taken to ensure personalized service (Human Intervention).

Valuations will be arranged if there is a vehicle to be traded-in/ OR if the client elects to only sell his/her vehicle, we will be able to assist through the BUY or SELL process.

Quotes will be sourced on behalf of the client; The best quote will be submitted for approval and then sourced within the budged proposed.

How does it work?

Request

Client requests a quote for a specific vehicle

Trade-in

If there is a trade-in . . . arrangements need to be made to view the unit and ascertain the trade value. (client has then got the option to trade-in the unit with C Fleet, or sell it through another platform.

Documentation & Payment

We supply the quote/s according to this information and submit to the client. Based on quote acceptance: Client calls for bank settlement (if he/she still has an outstanding balance with their financial institution). Quote is submitted for finance/ Used vehicle is settled

Delivery

Based on the client being approved, and used vehicle settled: Documents are requested to support the Licence & Registration; docs are submitted to traffic department. Finance to submit: Release note and delivery takes place.

How do I go about securing a vehicle for myself?

Send us a request with your vehicle parameters (explain what your specific needs are, what are you going to use the vehicle for… and what brand you have in mind. If you are unsure about which vehicle will be the best option, allow our experts to assist you with options.

Can I trade-in my Used vehicle and replace it with another Used vehicle/ or if I just want to get ride of it to free up my capital?

Yes, you can . . . we also have other avenues for disposing your used vehicle, which we will discuss with you.

How do I view the vehicle I’m interested in?

Used/New vehicles: Photos with all the relevant vehicle particulars (pedigree) can be sent to you… in addition we can arrange for; a) test drive, providing the vehicle is still available at the time of the request, or b) if it has not already got an application in on it.

How do I get an appraisal on my vehicle and how long will it take?

Please see our particulars… you can email a request or call us/ WA/ SMS . . .we will respond within 48 hours and arrange your viewing (you will be allocated the first available viewing time)

Do you arrange finance?

No, we are not a financial institution, however, we have formed alliances with reputable, registered financial institutions that will be able to assist you.
