Our Fleet & De-fleet department is focused on being informative and consistent in its approach, taking care to meet the “needs analysis” of the company, and procuring the best possible product for the specific need its tasked to perform in.

Negotiating and procuring the requested “vehicles-of-interest” RFQ’s across the manufacturing spectrum, nationally. Our mission is to secure the best deal and manage the specific “delivering” parameters as set out by the Procurement Manager, while constantly offering feedback on the vehicles status quo.

Client discloses company “needs” or RFI/RFQ: EG …Vehicle type and detailed
description/ Extras/ method of payment/ Requested delivery date. OR, client requests vehicle comparisons based on the vehicles-of- interest.

Documentation & Payment

We supply the quote/s according to this information and submit to the client. Based on acceptance: Documents are requested from company to support
purchase & finance (*If Finance is requested).

Delivery

Documents requested to support License & Reg. Date is finalised for delivery. Delivery takes place on requested date.
